Upcoming NPM Retreats

I am excited to announce our next plant medicine retreat in Sedona, Arizona. You can choose 1 of 2 dates. October 28th-October 31st 2024 or November 1st- November 4th 2024. Sedona has perfect weather during this time. It will have the fall/halloween feel but still be warm enough to hike and be outside! Not too hot! The nights will be about 60 degrees so we can enjoy the fire. The house that I rent is underneath a Stargate ( That is one of the reasons I keep renting the same house.) We have had amazing transformations at our retreats and the AWAKE/PLAE family is truly perfect! I am so excited to work with everyone in person. This is a perfect time to heal yourself AND learn to facilitate at the same time. Also preparing yourself to be a psychedelic coach as well. Plant Medicine is truly life-changing and it is such an honor to be a part of it. 

Day of arrival: - Get acquainted with the rest of the AWAKE family, relax and prepare for ceremony to begin at 7:00 PM. 

The ceremony closes when everyone is done! Fruits and Vegetables served after ceremony after each ceremony.

2nd Day- Breakfast- around 8:30 am or 9:00am

                  Integration- 10:00 am  

                  Enjoy Sedona 12:00 PM-4:00PM

                  Group Healing Circle with macrodosing and sound healing:  5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Possibly Longer)

                  Ceremony again with the medicine- 7:00 PM

3rd Day- Breakfast- around 8:30 am or 9:00am

                  Integration- 10:00 am  

                  Enjoy Sedona 12:00 PM-4:00PM

                  Learn PLAE Techniques and ask for demos and practice AWAKE Techniques- Microdose 5:00PM - 7:00PM

                  Ceremony again with the medicine- 7:00 PM

4th day- Grab and Go Breakfast- Checkout by 11:00 AM

Significant Others and Family welcome to participate in ceremony! - This is great for couples and when family members shift the DNA together it is very powerful!

Announcing 1st Costa Rica NPM retreat and taking RSVP- Maximum 16 participants per ceremony

Place: Nosara, Costa Rica

We are doing 5 nights because this is a long way to travel for 3 nights. Only 3 nights of Plant Medicine, 1 night of  Cacao, 1 night of fresh juices from Costa Rica’s land. 

This can piggy back as a vacation for you. 

Dates: March 17th 2025 - March 22nd 2025 or 

            March 24th 2025 - March 29th 2025

Activities: Drumming during sunset on beach or on mountain

                  Surfing, four wheel riding, waterfall, horse-back riding, snorkeling, latin dancing. These are just a few choices. You will be able to choose activities and we will plan closer to arrival. Nosara is a progressive holistic area with so much to choose from. The beaches are gorgeous and the water is warm! This feels like Atlantis to me.

This price includes - lodging, medicine, meals at the retreat center, training

You will be responsible for airfare and transportation to retreat center. You cab fly into San Jose and get a small plane directly into Nosara or fly into Liberia and rent a car. I recommend flying into San Jose or Liberia and coordinating a flight with SANSA airlines directly to Nosara. (These are relatively inexpensive- a little over $100).  We will discuss the logistics after registration. 

This will be a great experience- Healing with the medicine, healing with the land of Costa Rica- Nosara is one of the 5 blue zones of the world. Learning to facilitate, practicing everything that you have learned in AWAKE/PLAE, drum and sound healing circles to get your shaman going and learning new techniques to utilize on the medicine while microdosing.
